Valencian cuisine is booming! First of all, last weekend (1st and 2nd of March) took place the Tapas Festival in the Veles e Vents building.
Next weekend (from March the 6th to the 9th) takes place Ruzafa Gastro Weekend, a weekend which offers cooking lessons for children and adults, DJ’s and gastronomic showrooms. Furthermore, the chefs of some of the best restaurants such as Coloniales Huerta will talk about their key dishes.
In addition, due to Fallas there is an especial edition of Valencia Cuina Oberta in which a selection of restaurants elaborates an exquisite menu at an affordable price. The “Menu Falleros” prices are around 15 and 21€ and normally their menu are based in traditional products from Valencia. This is the third consecutive year that this festival is celebrated and its success keeps increasing.
